We use special chemicals as well as a special buffing technique to remove those stains without damaging caulking or frames. For new construction buildings or any location near the beach, at least four cleanings per year is highly recommended to prevent staining.

CAULKING

- Window Caulking. Caulking of window externally is one of the most commonly overlooked caulking jobs until it rains and a leak is discovered. Don’t wait till you discover damp walls or carpet, swollen rotting floor boards, or mouldy smelly timber frames to caulk your windows.

- Alucobond Caulking. GE silicone sealants for all external cladding as they are capable of 50% expansion and contraction.

- Brick/Block/Concrete Panel Expansion Joints Caulking. We use Sikaflex®-PRO High Performance Polyurethane Joint Sealant to caulk expansion joints.

- Concrete Saw Cuts. Saw cuts in concrete are necessary to minimize cracking due to movement these saw cuts can chip at the edges. We caulking with Sikaflex®-11FC One Component Polyurethane Sealant/Adhesive.
